Acceptable use policy
When using ClaimEvidence, including Upload Pages and the free trial, you must not, and must not let anyone else:
- upload records you don't have the right to share, or that you know contain unlawful content;
- use the service, or any Output, to mislead HMRC or anyone else, or to support a claim you know or suspect to be false or inflated;
- upload special category data, criminal records, payment card data or passwords and keys, except where it appears incidentally in engineering records and can't reasonably be removed;
- upload files containing malware, macros or scripts intended to run, or content designed to manipulate the AI (such as hidden instructions in a document);
- try to access another customer's data, an Account that isn't yours, or parts of the service not meant for you;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission (if you find a vulnerability, please tell us at support@claimevidence.co.uk);
- overload the service, or use bots or scripts to access it other than through features we provide for that purpose;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or decompile the service, its prompts or its example library, or use it to build a competing product;
- resell, rent or provide the service to other advisers, or share logins, without a separate written agreement;
- remove or obscure our notices, or present Outputs as tax advice from us.
We may suspend access straight away where this policy is breached in a way that risks harm, and will otherwise ask you to put it right first.
